Hi, I just got a pair of Dynaco Mark III and was wondering if I can use EL34 tubes in place of 6550 without any mods except for tube biasing. Please let me know? Thank you, Regards, Michael J.

Yes. Just make sure that the tubes are biased at 50 mA each.
